I consider myself to be a very meticulous editor, with a keen eye for consistency, continuity, and timeline issues. I go beyond correcting for typos, spelling, and punctuation, and will help to ensure clarity in your writing, while avoiding repetition and improving awkward phrasing. I have a strong handle on current style rules per The Chicago Manual of Style (the standard in book publishing) as well as other major style guides. Though I specialize in fiction, I often edit nonfiction books and very much enjoy working with advertising and marketing clients, giving special attention to brand guidelines adherence.
